Introduction to Stained Glass with Debbie Kramer
This course is designed to teach students the fundamentals of stained-glass construction, including choosing a pattern, cutting glass, breaking and grinding glass, foiling using the tiffany copper foil method, soldering, and polishing. Each student will choose a design panel to complete.

Students are responsible for purchasing their own supplies as they are not included in the class fees. Supplies are available for purchase at the Cape Coral Art Center Supply Store located in building 2 open Monday thru Saturday 9:00am thru 4:00pm. Current students receive a 10% discount. Drop-In studio times are offered at a nominal fee for students enrolled in the current class session. Dates, times, and costs are posted in the glass studio after the first week of class in each session.

- Edco 1/4 Inch Black Back Copper Foil
- 60/40 Solder (USA made only)
- Flux Brush
- Black Permanent Marker - Fine Point
- Brass Channel 5/32 U channel
- Glass of Choice
- 5 pairs of Disposable Gloves
- Roll of Paper Towels
- Classic 100 Gel Flux
- Novacan Black Patina

- Glass Wax Polishing Compound
The Art Center wants you to learn while having fun and staying safe! Please wear closed toed shoes and keep a pair of safety glasses and respirator handy.
